I went to look around Stirchley swimming baths
this afternoon. To mark the 100th anniversary of its opening in 1911 it was open to the public today.
It is now to be converted into a new community centre.
When I was at Westhill College 40 years ago training to be a teacher, we came here as part of our PE programme to learn how to teach swimming.
Today was a wonderful opportunity to take rusty, broken and decayed shots, and this is the first of them.
It is a broken door to one of the changing cubicles.
I love how the light has fallen across the open door and created a curved shadow where it has split .
Thanks for looking
