Deciduous Colorificus 2009

I uploaded a number of images based on flags that were erected in the Lickey Hills in October. Today's uploads are of another created area in the hills that I photographed on the same visit.
This one was the idea of Taz Lovejoy and her website is included in the information sign beside the trees which I've uploaded as v4
The colours are very striking. I particularly liked the red against the autumn leaves.
v3 gives the slightly bigger picture and includes a variety of colours.

Astonishing! The red certainly works outstandingly well with the Autumn colours, as you say. I wonder what on earth birds make of these! They certainly make great visual impact to mere human eyes.
