Don't I look young for retirement

By helenlinda
What a send off SmileSmileSmile
A wonderful meal, dance and meeting up of friends
So many people worked so hard to make the evening special and some are probably already at work tidying up this morning, as the hall was still full of tables and the staffroom looked as if a bomb had hit it when we locked up the school at 11.30 Saturday evening.
.......any way to this upload. Thanks to my model Rach , who definitely is too young to be retiring WinkWinkWinkWink
Thanks to Collette for the cake - soon to be devoured at morning break time.
.......and thanks to my special friend Ange for her poem which we all appreciated, and which I felt honoured to have written about me - somehow I knew the diary would feature in it WinkWink I've always had a black A4 diary with a page a day and for some reason it has become a joke - I can't imagine whyWinkWinkWinkWink We have a tick list sent round at some point each year where we request the size and colour for next year's diary. One year someone had filled it in before it reached me - they had requested an A2 black diary for me WinkWinkWinkWink
Last week and so much to get done ................and then next weekend - our Ruby wedding anniversary SmileSmileSmile
Have a good week

What a great poem- they'll all miss you I'm sure.
Glad you had a great party.
You're in for a shock though when you discover
that 7 days are not enough to do what you want to do.
We'll be seeing lots more of your lovely artwork hopefully.
