I must be improving somewhat because last night I got really excited at the sight of the empty and sparkling clean dishwasher (short pause and use inhaler at this point to get my breath back after the excitement!) and got my camera out for the first time in a week.
In any normal household this could well be the sign of sudden deterioration, but Tony was somewhat reassured by the sight of me half hidden inside the dishwasher.......................but I will keep taking the tablets!!!

Just put through levels and played with curves- the quickest upload I've done for a long time. The patterns speak for themselves, as does the condensation

Thanks for looking

Had me puzzled as to what this was until I read your comments, Helen! It's certainly different.
TrevB Smile

Thanks Trevor. It shows I'm on the mend!

This is absolutely wonderful, Helen. Wouldn't have known what it was without your description since I am the (part-time) dishwasher in our house. It beats me how you managed to avoid getting your own reflection in the shot; perhaps I'll just have to look harder Smile

Several had my grey cardigan sleeve in Bill, but there were a few without. Initially I thought this was far too obvious to use as a shot, but there are some unusual reflections in there. You will be pleased that this was done when it was fresh and clean.......on another day its a health hazard just looking!

Wonderful! I saw this on Bill's screen first, thought it was luggage racks at the top of a railway carriage. This is the personal vision thing, unique and special, and I love it.

Thanks Moira for your encouraging comment.

Very different, Helen! Carol

Wonderfully seen and taken Helen; could be something out of a science fiction movie!
In your present condition I would advise you not to look too long at my upload of today Wink Hope you get well soon.

Thanks Carol and Rende

Forget the tablets !!! Keep taking these ''off beat'' pics.
I stuck a cheap waterproof compact camera in the washing machine once, with the bulb setting on,but no success there !!!
I ended up with the cleanest compact in the country however !!!
A true abstract here. You can make it what you like.
Great idea.Great image.

Clever work You, a real imaginative piece of work

Thanks Dawn, Pascal, Mick and Dave for your comments.

Now that is clean, you must have soft water.

Love the shot.

We have incredibly soft water here Rock. Thanks for your comment

very different

It took me a minute or two but I got there in the end with the dishwasher.

Thanks Ann and Burnsie

Almost abstract Helen . Where did you get all that light from ? At first I thought good Helen is better she has cleaned the car out ? Glad you are improving. Keep taking the tablets Smile Inspiring work, just shows the things around us xx

That light is all from the kitchen flourescent light and of course a good bit of help from curves!!!
Thanks for looking and for your comment Mavis

Helen this has really made me chuckle, it is a great shot and I know where you are coming from on the excitement thing. I see everything as a shot these days, I wake up in the morning and go to bed at night with this one thing on my mind. EM where do you get the pills, is there a cure????
Linda Grin lol

Thanks Linda. I agree about seeing pictures everywhere!!

What a beautiful sight Smile

I tell you something I wouldn't get this close to the inside of the dishwasher at work if Collette paid me Rachel!! Thanks for your comment. I notice you've survived the week at school without me!!

I love this because to find something so interestingly lovely in the mundane,is very artistic
just my cup of tea

Thank you Paree very much for your comment

It is great. I love these kind of pictures, very effective

Thank you M

Many thanks to Bill for his award!!
It means a lot to me, especially for a more abstract shot which often does less well in terms of views , votes or comments, let alone an award!
