My vote would be for the TLC -- rather than the complete rebuild. Is that a fire pit in front of the steps? That looks like a disaster waiting to happen.
Very nice processing -- a very inviting image.

I'll bet there were many happy hours spent here.
There's evidence of plants and flowers outside the 'property'
which surely means it was loved by it's owners.

My kind of art / photo. Composition is perfect. I had a place similar to this in the Beaufort mountains on Vancouver Island. 'Unofficial' . My pet bear came ' snorting' by every morning just after six am. After several years it become a coffee hut for local loggers. Your image is a delight! TG

A very delapidated building Helen, I think Brian is right someone is using that building still. I think some of the local down and outs or local youths could be hanging out there
