Hi Herman, a little of that cold would feel really good here. Starting to get really hot up here.

I like your landscape a lot. Detail front to back.

Morning Herman...first you make me hot then you make me cold..GrinGrin, think I will leave your fire as my screen saver today to feel the warmth....
Great captures, the mountains look great with the snow caps, hoping I can get some images from the plane on Thursday as we fly over the range.

It's june in London and I still have the central heating on!
I could do with that lovely fire in my sitting room right now! Love the scenic view in V2.
Recommendations: A hot whiskey, a cosy pair of slippers and roast nuts by the fire! Grin

Here in the UK we are beginning to enjoy some warmth at last.
There is nothing more welcoming on a cold evening than a warm fire.

Would love to have an open fire. I think the Local Authorities would have something to say about burning wood in London.

That looks cosy Herman, I can hear the crackle from here; speaking as someone who has a lot of experience in these matters, I can confirm, that is definitely snow on the top there.

I took a tour around Swellendam the other day, may have passed your hour house without knowing it courtesy of Google World, then took a tour around my area and there was my old car I changed in December, I loved that car.

Used to have an open fire back in the 60's but hated the clearing of the ashes the next day! We've just been promised a week of warm sunny weather Herman so you should have posted something like this a week or so ago when we were feeling kind of chilly.Grin
4 Jun 2013 9:33AM
Someone said that people can look at the fire for eternally ... Perhaps he was right! Let it warms your family, Herman, while winter is coming...
About the wisdom: Most likely they were not lazy, but they were both so busy with their nonsense in their heads that they did not see the reality around!WinkSmile
