Great images Herman. He looks a little thin in v2? - is there a shortage of food or is that just how they are?

Wow, Herman, how close did you want to be? I am nervous just looking at the image in the UK Grin

I love V1, not sure you needed him to lift his head, this is a great natural image............. Reminds me of my brother, but don't tell him.

Good close up in V1, Herman, but V2 is my favourite where you get an good impression of its size and sheer bulk.

I don't think I would mess with him. Great capture.

A heavy weight member of the community: and what a range of species you have had the pleasure of seeing and capturing, Herman.
And of these two, the closer inspection in V 1 is my favourite.

Hi Herman, just a quick look at a few uploads as leave soon for the airport. I had the same frustrations with the rhino as they always hiding in long grass with their heads down. Have a great time with your friends.

He looks like food is a bit scarce there, but he sure is a big fellow. I wouldn't want to be in an argument over the right of way!

Great pair of shots of this very Handsome Rhino Herman, having his head down in the grass is not a problem for me - it is so nice to see images of them in the wild acting naturally.

Wow Herman a Rhino thats alive and it has its Horn. On TV here i have seen all about the poachers who kill these beautiful animals for the horns. Its shocking that this is still happening. Anyway 2 cracking pictures and i cant pick between them, i like them both
