I agree, excellent image. Would be really nice to have a few details about the how, where etc in description, just to round it off.

If this is a comp, which I assume it is cus i doubt you could not have got that close in the wild and they are very allusive cats, its a very good job indeed.

If this is a true shot in the wild than I take my hat off to you.

From a purely pictoral point of view, if this is a composite shot, then a little more seperation of the leopard from the tree behind it would have been nice. But nonetheless what a superb image of a beautiful creature. It shows off wonderfully what a good camouflage their coat is. If you did take this in natural surroundings then you have been privileged to see one - well done

Hi All, first of all it isnt a comp' it was taken on a Photographic workshop in North America. I had to walk, clamber up over 7000ft in thick snow & ice, to take it. The Snow Leopard was taken up there before us, there was nothing between me & the animal just fresh air, it wandered around when & where it wanted to go. It was freezing cold as you can imagine. Your right the chance of seeing a snow Leopard in the wild is quite remote, so to actualy get this close & get loads of photos in different positions was an a wonderful experience. If you look at my website there are more. Hope that helps. Jenny
