IRIS LONELY AND BLUE

My new Panasonic GX7 is proving to be all that I expected, the tilting electronic viewfinder is helping me to frame and to compose shots very efficiently despite a serious retinal problem in my bad eye.

I spotted this single Iris bloom backed by a banked lawn and borders, the 45-200 lens helped with the DOF, and the pin point focussing captured the flower.

This is a merged creation, from two side by side frames, this was given my usual CS6 processing plus a nudge from my newly acquired ....High Pass Filter.....sharpening skills.

Well worth learning if you use Photoshop.......I learned via YouTube tutorials.
