SHOP PORTRAIT

By hobbo
Casual Street Portraiture brings into focus so many photographic opportunities, not every day, but every so often, gold is struck and the right subject agrees to stand for a while.

Taken inside a charity shop.

My subject here was very gracious about posing for me; I really hope that she emails for her digital copies.

Nice image Could benefit from some more space at the top as a few of the fine hairs have been clipped
Once again what about a colour version

Thank you Richard......colour version alongside now.

Ref. Space at top.......Street Portraiture isnít studio photography......it is plucking up the courage to ask a complete stranger if they mind standing for a few seconds.....start directing your subject and you usually get an obvious fixed grin pose....just shoot as you talk gets the most natural....I was in a busy shop too, no time or space for niceties.

Have a go, to find out what I mean....
