Having a camera ready to shoot at almost any time can be very rewarding...

This, then is one such moment......I did a double take on the occupant of the buggy.... since then I have been attempting to fathom what is going on.....

Any suggestions ?

It's an exceedingly ugly baby, the woman is on the phone to the adoption agency to see if there are any takers, and the guy at the back is trying to hide his appearance so as not to be associated with either. Simple really! Grin

Sorry, I need more tea! Blush

A great moment captured.Smile

It is actually a dog pram. I know because we were advised to get one for our exceedingly ill Border Terrier. He had a sudden onset clotting disorder aged 2 years and had to be caged in case he knocked himself - a bump would have resulted in a fatal haemorrhage. He became seriously depressed so a pram was the answer! It took nearly 12 months of steroid medication and very limited walks then back in the pram to get him well. Pram still in the loft.

We took him on holiday, with the pram and saw two other dogs in prams too. One very old and couldn't walk and one recovering from surgery. Like us, long term illness is depressing for animals, well documented. The dog in your shot looks quite old and like a good owner, she's taking him with her. We put up with lots of thoughtless comments until people actually knew what was wrong. Never judge a book by the cover eh?!

Happy ending, Bertie is the one smiling at you on the right!
