Once again, the SONY A55, SONY 2.8-100 macro lens plus my very simple DIY macro flash Reflector/Diffuser combine to produce the goods.

Shot hand-held on AUTO FOCUS, a method not usually reccomended for macro shooting, but the SONY is very quick and efficient and as long as the shutter is pressed as soon as confirmation of focus shows, all is well.

Bees move randomly and amazingly quickly, so my method is to just watch and wait, then as a bee rummages about for pollen, I try to anticipate its next move and position, not easy......I have far too many empty flower shots to prove that Wink

But when all the right factors combine this is the result
