Expect the Unexpected!

Thank you so much for the votes and comments on my last upload. I was delighted to receive six User Awards so really special thanks to Carol (CarolG), Ju (JuBarney), Carol (CarolAnnLauderdale), Mike (Mike_Smith), Lin (sweetpea62) and Lillian.

Raymond's procedure didn't go quite according to plan but they did manage to get some steroids and anti inflammatory in and have decided to send him home tomorrow and repeat the procedure as an out patient in two weeks time.

We went up to the hide and I was so surprised to see this pheasant stroll in. Luckily Stan didn't see him. Hope you like him.

Although they seem uninterested at first glance they're very much alert. In my neighbourhood they're quite frequent however they can use the terrain features and hide perfectly. You can even walk by without noticing it. Wink

What a beautiful back he has Cathy and you have recorded it so well. Two or three weeks ago I went to photograph the Sqirr4eels and there was five hen pheasants in attendance all the time and the damn things were eating the food and frightening the pheasants...such is natur.
