Alight in a blur of motion

By Humblebee
Thank you all for your lovely comments and your votes on my last upload and other images, they are all so very much appreciated.

As we are in the process of a grand de-clutter I have not be able to be on site as much as I would like, once the de-clutter is complete it will be followed by internal decorating. I will try my best to pop back every couple of days and at least leave votes.

Today was to be the last of the paperwork de-clutter. However, Mitch had to visit the vet for a Kennel Cough vaccination, but he was determined that this was not happening. After some 7 minutes or so, of the vet and I together with Mitch doing a frantic dance around the surgery on knees, crouched, bending over, round one went to Mitch Blush. A muzzle was put on because he was becoming very agitated - 2nd round to Mitch BlushBlush, the muzzle had been on and off so many times I was getting dizzy. We put him on the table, but that muzzle just wouldn't stay on, and he fought us all the way. Round 3 to Mitch BlushBlushBlush. Time to bring in some muscle. A young lass, about 6" taller than me, and at least three times as large, which is saying something. We got the muzzle on, backed him into a corner, got him down, the lass leaned on his rump and held his legs, the vet leaned on his middle and shoulders and I forced his head to the floor and held it there. Round 4 went to us WinkGrin - it took nearly 20 minutes to get to this stage and less than a second to administer.

Result backache and a desire to forget de-cluttering and the world around me, and lose myself in trying out Kate (Irishkate) & Stephen Mott's (platzy) ... motion blur effects, and here is my offering, hope you like it

A nice effect achieved here, just a sensible amount of vertical blur, not overdone: have just finished redecorating here so I don't envy your task ahead.

Great image Carol, great story about your dog, I unfortunately have had a similar experience with my dog and the kennel cough he has been left traumitised by the few times he got it and he now hates going to the vet because of it SmileSmileSmile
