Another upload from Sundays shoot with Debbie.
Appologies to those who may find Debbies pink undies a tad bright..... but they really are that pink!

The lighting on this one isn't as good as my previous upload as i moved myself and Debbie into a different position in the studio but forgot to move the light source.
I have tried to balance things out a bit in photoshop but i will let you decide if i did a good job or not.

As always constructive comments welcome especialy from those who who are used to working in the studio who could point out where i'm going wrong.

Also which metering mode would you use in the studio?
I don't have a light meter so i'm shooting in aperture priority and using matrix metering but i'm now wondering if spot or centre would be better.

Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for any help you can giveSmile

Hi Iain

Again I think you have the lighting just about right here. Nice tonal definition around the curves of Debbie's body. The pink is VERY pink - but hey, I think it really adds punch to the shot.

Beautifully done Iain.

PS Re PM... just enjoy what you are doing and don't see it as a chore, experiment with the lighting and have fun.

Right Iain, do as Andy says relax, have fun and play with the lighting. However I don't know what you are worried about you're a very good photographer.

Thanks Andy & Dennis,

Thanks for thie kind comments and confidence boost i guess i've just gotten a little paranoid about my work since the criticism i got from Richard20D on a previous upload that i deleted.
Also i changed the pic i was going to upload today so the position and lighting comment is more relevant to the two pics i'm uploading tomorrow.
I guess i just want to get it right in the camera without having to fix it in photoshop.

Lighting is spot on, yes the underwear is very pink, but it is what it is.
