Nice work. The line of posts draws the eye through the shot and there are nice textures in the wood, the beach and the sea. The horizon is dead-level, which is crucial for a shot like this, and gives the posts a pleasing lean.

A bit more contrast and dynamic would make the shot even better. The shadows are good but most of the photo is in the mid-tones, with no real highlights. Adjusting the levels to lighten the foam on the sea would give a lot more punch, I think, and it should be possible to do that without affecting the overall mood of the photo, which is quite dark.

I'm not quite sure about the slightly out-of-focus foreground post. It's slightly unusual and, on the one hand, it pushes the eye deeper into the frame to find things that are in focus while, on the other hand, it acts as something of a barrier, blocking off things behind it without revealing too much of itself.
