Damselfly

Caught this Damselfly in Poland landing on this lillipad flower.

I got as close as I could, which was about a metre away, and had to zoom as much as I could (was too far away for macro mode!).

The larger version I have looks better, as you can see more detail in the Damselfly, however, still like the shot of the flower too!

Many thanks for your comments! If I could have gotten closer, it would have been even better I think!

Unfortunately, my camera has a fixed lens, I think I need to get a Digital SLR to make things a lot more interesting! Smile
