I have not posted this photo for your votes. But to let you all know what has happened to me.

I have had an accident with my right shoulder. I have damaged my rotator cuff which is a group of muscles and ligaments. The rotator cuff holds your shoulder in place and aids movement. So I have lost about 40% of the movement with my right arm and is very painful. My shoulder has dropped about an inch and may result in surgery, I hope not. This may take months to repair.

So I will not be posting or voting for some time. Sorry..... I will keep looking at your wonderful photos.

Sorry to hear about your shoulder Ian I hope it gets well soon ~ I know from experience what a shoulder injury can be like. Lovely image posted which is fully deserving of a vote.

Had both arms done so know what your going through it was all the swimming i had done when a child keep up with the physio and rest as much as poss . lovely shot by the way. kaz

Nice shot take care of your shoulder don't push it to soon I have had a similar problem for about two years and made it worse by doing to much to soon so take care
