Morning everyone

Many thanks for your comments & clicks on yesterday's image THE RACE IS ON !

Special thanks to Barry, Sylvia, Trev & Andrew for their most appreciated User Awards !

Here's another image from Saturday, played around with this one a bit to give it a slightly textured painterly feel - hope you like it !

I've added another shot of a fall - I caught this happening out of the corner of my eye, so only just managed to catch it, it's not perfect, but it shows just how dangerous it can be for both horse and rider.

I really like the processing on V1, very painterly - such a very English scene, which should be printed large and hung in a very heavy ornate gilt frame!!! V2 is very well caught, especially considering it was snatched so hurriedly.

Hi Chris
Both these images are superb, V2 is awsome captured to perfection, the finish on V1 is also excellent, but because I hate with a passion any form of hunting it must be V2.

Two cracking captures, Chris Smile Love the effect in V1, suits the subject well. Just a pity the jockey's lost his feet off the edge of the frame in V2, but it's still an amazing grab shot...absolutely brilliant work! Smile
