The lighting and colour make this an image to savour, i like it a lot!
A small comment, if you look at your beautiful image, you will see it is not quite central. a crop to the right hand side to the edge of the visible petal would square it up. The easy way is to use a piece of card and move it over the image until you are happy.
If you are using Photoshop, go into View-grid and it will help a lot

A really superb example of true Macro, every hair is sharply visible. A pleasure to view.

  • Good Morning

Quote:Lovely colours! There is a bit of a tree trunk on the left that seems to have moved sideways and the trees appear a bit unsharp to me. I think you chose a good colour on the frame.

Thanks for pointing that out , Ellie, it is not on the original, so not sure where it came from. It certainly does not help the image.

A first rate image, full of imagination and allure, it is a pity it is not central, the left hand beadwork appears to be off the edge slightly

A super study of light and shadow, and beautifully clear. Just slightly marred by the crop.If you crop down to the bottom of the horizontal shadow on the right and crop vertically from the left hand edge of the post, it brings the horse to the main focus and takes out annoying dark patches at the top. A very good image.
