Back from a trip to Skye, this place really is awesome!
Been here a few times before and this is the calmest I've ever seen it, it was a low tide so ended up concentrating on these barnacle encrusted fingers of rock.
Fabulous image...colour, detail and who can't fail to like Elgol - it really has got the magic.
Can just about make out the bothy or the house on camasunary !

Thanks you three, it's the house you can just see. We walked the coast to Camasunary and Loch na Creitheach this day, prettiest walk I've ever been on :)

Cheers everyone, yep sweet hol stinky five days of good weather, bit better than the 11 days of heavy rain the last time I was there. Terrain was most acceptable - pictures don't do this place justice. A serious pestin trip is required there me thinks.

Fantastic stuff, those hills and clouds are amazing by themselves, but then the eye falls on that (crocodile!) rock in the foreground so warmly lit. Love it.
