Delicious looking shot! I like the one in the middle with the chocolate flakes - maybe because of the good use of focusing!

I'd think about that black triangle bottom right - when you next go there, try composing your shot so you don't get it - so the whole frame is full of tart - see what difference it makes.

otherwise, a good shot, shallow DOF keeps your mind on the right tarts Smile
