Love your viewpoint here Eliza. The view from the bench is stunning. I like the way you have used mono for this image, gives it a sortof timeless quality.

I like the way you use your eyes, sometimes taking in a wide view, sometimes a tiny detail, but always observant. his time you have combined the two, detail and the wide view, to produce a thoughtful landscape with plenty of interest.

I love the circle of trees in the mid-distance and the sense that anyone sitting on the bench could see maybe as far as they wanted beyond that. I was feeling just a bit too chilled by then to unpack my camera again...

Excellent angle and view point. Also the faded colours creates a wonderful wintry atmosphere. The image needs a little straightening out as it's a little tilted to the right, but you can easily fix it with Picasa. Overall well done on this beautiful image.
