The Cool Kiss by BURNBLUE
Amazing capture. I love the focus and the lighting. The movement in the barber's hand is great too.- 5 Mar 2012 6:46PM

Eyes of mischief by alakananda
What a great expression! I really like this photo, and I like the post-processing too. As mhfoe said, I would have preferred to see some more on the right of the frame, but it did get me thinking about what the child might be looking at.
Lovely shot.- 4 Mar 2012 9:19PM

Hey, Mind Where You Tread!!! by wildatheart
Great composition! I love the idea of the spider too, but it is too small in comparison to see on my screen. I would have been tempted to either enlarge it or get rid.
I think the high-contrast processing is effective in showing up the wrinkles and bringing the leg out from the wall, but I think it is slightly over the top. A little less contrast might expose some more variation in tone.
I really like the sliver of the elephant's body on the extreme right of the shot - it makes me imagine the rest of the animal plodding into shot.
Lovely capture!- 4 Mar 2012 9:16PM

City Hall by adentenur
I really like the exposure and I don't mind the lean either. I am slightly distracted by the very bright light and the red/pink billboard in the bottom left of the shot. I would have been tempted to crop slightly tighter to get rid of the red and burn the lights a little. This would draw more attention to the building itself. I would also have cropped from the top so that the busy nature of the photo carried through from the bottom to the top.
I think you have got the tones right - the sky is very black and a good contrast with the floodlights on the building itself.
Well done.- 4 Mar 2012 9:12PM
