i frequent this pub with my family every summer, taken quiet a few shots of it too but never thought of shooting it accross the lake at night!

Wow, what a fantastic advert for Milton Keynes, I'm sure your local toursist board would love a copy of this. I love twilight photography, your timing has been really good with some light left in the sky. My only slight niggle is a little bit of burnout on the windmill, maybe try taking it 5 minutes earlier and reduce your exposure to avoid this. A very good attempt and well worth trying again.
