Artist or Vandal?

By jammy_sam
I walked past an old couple over the weekend & overheard them saying how much of a disgrace the graffiti was (i should add its an area approved by the council for graffiti artists to use).

Anyway as i listen to the old couple i found myself looking around at the various walls covered in spray paint. There wasn't any offensive content on the walls only fantastic vibrant images.

So i ask you... is this art or is this vandalism?

art for sure.......... isnt it all about expressing creative spirit within? canvas or a wall... or a camera for that matter, its what the mind talks thru colors and patterns.
