New Minster

By jammy_sam
This is a new take on York Minster.

Due to the location of nearby buildings its not easy to get a good shot of the minster from the front (without a wide angle lens).

Just out side is a copper model of York so i chose to shot this with the Minster blurred in the background.

Tried this myself recently but didn`t work as well as this one, well composed and good use of dof.

Have seen this several times when visiting York, and never thought about photographing it! Well captured, Sam.
