I love the pose and the white out of the background.

I'd add a comment though as I struggle with this same issue in a limited space, the brightness of the boy at the front to the bloke at the back is a light fall off issue for me as well. you need the main front light to be both bright enough and far enough away that the light hitting the boy is only a little brighter than the light hitting the bloke. Its that old inverse square law of light power and distance.
