Before the next big wave

By CaroleS
We have been out and about today to blow those Christmas/New Year cobwebs away. Hard to stand up against the wind, and we had to be careful where we were walking, but so worth the effort!

This is Botallack Engine House in Cornwall just as the sea is draining away ready for the next huge wave.

Very exhilarating!

Cheers!

Makes me want to get into my speedos Carole,
and ride these waves on my surf board !!
OK,fat chance of that,so I will confine myself
to ironing my Y-fronts on the ironing board wearing my speedos !!
Good dramatic shot.

Totally brilliant and well worth the invigorating walk.
We've all heard about those waves with a little envy for just this reason -
capturing an image like this.

Looks great weather for surfing!! Grin We're certainly getting some dramatic weather just lately here in the British Isles, but here in the middle we seem to be missing the worst of it. A super capture here of the stormy weather, Carole, great viewpoint and a well-timed shot Smile Think this is worthy of my UA too.... Wink
