I'm not normally a mono landscape person, but this is as good if not better than yesterdays. I forgot to put my UA on yesterday and was about to give it to your colour version now, when I saw this. Grin

I missed the colour version, but this is simply stunning in B & W!!

Saw the colour version but I think this image works even better in b/w.

Well worth the conversion to mono - endless possibilities with sepia etc - showing that the original was a cracking shot

It is rather amazing that with a few clicks of a mouse, you can transform something that was already outstanding into something which simply is out of this world.

Beginning to think I should become a Landscaper Tog Smile Works better for me too.......You just get a feeling sometimes that images would work equally well in mono and this was one of them......Good conversion mate....You've got 3 again now.

Equally effective-- but I do like the subtle color of your other version!
Good in B/W good in colour, I think the B/w just takes it. good call well done.

I have to admit that even though I love b&w images, I prefer the original colour version, Jason. However, if you added a tad more contrast to this b&w conversion, then I may well change my mind and give them equal billing. I just feel it lacks a bit of punch in the shadow areas.
Bloody marvellous location, though..what a find for those early autumn mornings if you can drag yourself out of bed before sun-upWink

The factory far right shows up better in this and it is a great mono
but you know I just adore the colour version.
