A lucky shot... Spotted this one while visiting a tropical garden, of course carrying the wrong lenses. At first, I thought it was a fake glued on that branch, but when I started to work my way around the leaves - very slowly - to get them out of the way and have a clear shot, the animal actually lazely followed my progression. At last, I could point at it, but then as it heard the mirror slap, it litterally vanished, I didnīt get a second chance alas!

I have not the slightest idea, still browsing pictures and encyclopedia. I thought it would be easier to identify with that pink beak!

I think, it is the hummingbird Amazilia amazilia. It is better to check.
