I think I know where this is Jack, could it be Tanfield railway lol, yes it's a good place to stand and capture the train I have found a new and better place to capture the train so watch this space you may like it.

Thank you John. I did wander further along past the carpark, but there was too much vegetation. There couldbe a decent shot well along the track near the road, but there's nowhere to park. I gave the engine shed and yard a miss this time.
