Nice and sharp for being in a helicopter. It could have been taken on a tripod. LOL - Maybe a really long one but anyway....

Hi Judith, First off, let me say I like this image because of the unusual angle, initially I thought you shot it from one of the big Hotels in the Rocks, if it was my shot I think I would crop a little closer to remove the building at the bottom and the boat on the far left. But other than that I think you have done a good job considering the vibration you normally get in helo's.

Thanks Mark I did debate about cropping it like that and tried it then decided to leave them in thought it added a little interest and the top of the sail boat was going to be left hanging or if I took it out would have lost the wake of the bottom boat..Appreciate your remarks...Judith

No Jan thru a "small" window I wasn't very impressed as I was hoping to sit in the front and the windows were small and eye level so was quite surprised that I was able to shoot a couple of reasonable images..Judith

Super shot Judith, always wanted to go to Oz, but never got round to it. The Opera House is captured beautifully, and love the wakes of all the boats zooming around.

A brilliant view of the Opera House Judith. However did you manage to get such a sharp shot from the helicopter? Last year when we visited Sydney, our ship was 'parked' outside the buildings at the bottom of the picture, so it brings back happy memories for me.
