This roebuck had been chasing a doe at high speed. The doe gave him the slip and he was tracking back up the hedgeline trying to pick up her scent. I was tucked back into the hedge and he didn`t see me until the last minute. This was the moment he realised he wasn`t alone!

This is really lovely - I really like the way the deer "melts" into the background colour which is so complimentary to the deer colour.
