Saw my first Aurora last night to, I know what you mean by dead chuffed I felt the same. only down side I had was had to go home (was with a mate he was driving). Or id have stayed out a lot longer it was a spectacular light show for sure.

Hard to find? I find that very hard to believe there are 20 down Ardrossan Harbour in Ayrshire. And on a nice sunny day you can see them sitting on the quay side soaking up the sun.

LOL I use fishing line and small LED's for my orbs, I have seen better ones and worse ones (some of mine are shocking lol). Like this love the washing on the clothes line. superb shot

I agree, I have noticed EPZ viewers don't like or maybe don't get the concept of lightpainting. Lots of outstanding work not being voted on and people missing out on an exciting way of turning photography on its head with light painting.
