Excellent detail and composition. A good Natural History record, Damsels are very useful at reducing harmful bugs in the garden

It is rare to catch them eating so you did well here!

A little more DoF would have helped bring the wings into focus. Also the top down perspective is always less effective than shot's taken from the same level, unless of course you get the wings spread wide and line yourself up directly overhead!
