Arriving out of hyperspace the gull realises it may have set it's co-ordinates to close to the cliff.....ok back to the sensible stuff. Photographed at Arnarstapi harbour on the Snaefellness Peninsular, Iceland. Loved the way they flared for landing and the hungry look of the young ones on the cliff face. There a small viewing platform down on the harbour wall which is worth viewing. Back away from the harbour do watch out for the Artic Terns. Back briefly to space, I can't help but feel that many space programme names are from Iceland. Borg and Viger from Startrek and there were others.
