Stuck In A Rut ?

Well back in January I decided I was stuck in a rut, not only with photography but with life as a whole.

Things progressed slowly for a few months but I am now beginning tof feel the benefits , more relaxed, feeling fitter but just wish I could lose an inch or two in waist measurement Wink

I find it difficult to get out of a rut but just realising small things like that the washing machine & iron still work during late into weekday nights and not only on a sunny evening / Saturday or Sunday when I could be out and about, perhaps not even taking photographs but just getting some exercise & fresh air, has made a considerable difference ! !

Photography wise, four weeks ago I went on an epz members' meet to the Isle Of Wight, nothing really different technique wise, but spent the day with a great bunch of people in a relaxing atmosphere and has given me a kick up the backside, so to speak, with renewed enthusiasm / motivation Smile

Since then I have tried some new approaches to my photography and have had some encouraging feedback Smile... maybe because I am a "beginner" in that type of photography but appreciated never the less !

My getting out of rut is still continuing but I think perhaps finding locations nearer to home may be a possibility in the future as my credit card statement for last month shows I spent around 240 on petrol alone ! !
Needless to say this excludes going on epz members' meets Smile

Anyway, not going out today as I have had a few glasses of wine with my Sunday lunch... Tuesday evening's weather is looking promising, so watch Devil's Dyke, here I come Smile
