Welcome from me too. We can help you here, but we need to see the original photo before you processed it, we need to know how you processed it, and also what effect you wanted to achieve in processing.
Just from looking at the Exif though - that's the data for the settings that your phone used - the shutter speed was perilously slow. And together with the large aperture, this suggests that the light was not wonderful. Photography is all about light! (The word means drawing with light). Choose it carefully.

Adding to Moira's comment - when there's very little light, it pushes the technical side of pictures in several ways. It's like learning to drive: you do that in a small, controllable and straightforward car on good roads. Low light is like learning to drive in a Ferrari on ice - it's so easy for soemthing to go wrong.

I agree with all the above. the problem with phones is that people tend to use them one handed - not a good idea for sharp images due to shake. Because the image looks clear and sharp on the LCD then it will record as such. This applies to any camera really. Of course, not the case and the budding photographer must understand exposure, focus and image sharpness, and how to achieve them in order to progress at all.
Take note of the above, learn about wat causes shake and un-natural results.

Hello again, thanks for showing us the original - and congratulations for actually keeping it!
I wonder why you changed the colour of the rose from pink to red? I wonder if it was a case of 'Because I can'? It depends on what you want to do, but change for its own sake isn't necessarily a good thing. Look to improve, always ask yourself if you are improving.
What you did that was good was to get a dark background, to isolate the flower. That got rid of some background distractions. I've uploaded a modification that takes a different approach - these are very simple adjustments but I don't know how much of it you could replicate as I don't use snapseed.
I cropped tighter, to place the rose off-centre balanced by the spray of leaves. I left a hint of background textures elsewhere, it's context.
I got rid of the red bud. Then I reduced brightness, contrast and saturation on magenta. The effect is still a bit harsh, but I quite like the result. These are just suggestions, see what you think. And thanks again for coming back to us.

Thanks for the original.
I think you did quite well with the original, and your own editing in snapseed. Try to crop the rose off centre for an improved composition, - or you can square crop with it in the centre.
I also added a cropped mod.
It looks very much like flash was used, though the data from the image says it wasnt. Do you remember if it was a flash shot?
Regards
Willie
