The beach at Mui Ne is the type of place I have always been dreaming of and thought I would never see: miles of white sand, palm trees and some wonderful blue green sea.

Mui Ne is all this plus the fishermen going out the sea while their wives are repairing the nets .

What better way to enjoy the sunset than eating fresh crabs straight from the sea, cooked on the beach and eaten right there with some nice friends!

The photos were taken before sunset. Those men are lifting the heavy nets, go on their coracle boat to reach a bigger boat in order to lay their nets before dark.

f13 1/50th sec zoom at 70mm

Thanks for your interest in the previous up-loads. Hoping these scenes make you forget your day at work.

Have a nice day,

A wonderful pictorial story.
Looks to be a very hard life for them, when you think we just go to the nearest fishmonger.

Nice series of photos! Like them. Would like to see some "closer-up" photos of expressions of the fishermen, especially during their hard work. Another plus is the composition. Nice!
