The Japanese Anenome are bringing late colours and delight in many gardens at the moment. They are great flowers as they can grow in the shade or a sunny place. They are related to the buttercup family ( Ranunculaceae).

All photos were taken in my garden one sunny day in late September. I had fun using different apertures. Tell me which version you like best.

Thanks for your comments on the past up-loads. Itís always nice to read what you think.

Have a nice sunny day,

V1 for me, the hints of the light and the mystery of the garden beyond balance perfectly with the subject.

A delightfully soft and beautiful set of flowers.
v2 is my favorite, since it isolates the flower better, and has less distraction in the background.
