Nice processing. Shame you cut off part of the wheel though.

I really like the subject and composition. The flat cap of the driver matches the scene completely. I like the fact you have gone for the processing style you have. For me because the background is modern and not terribly attractive I might have been tempted to go a step further and either blur the background (Gaussian blur) to draw attention to the main subject or convert to black and white, sepia tint with a vignette. Brilliant shot!
two things here:

1. I do agree that the background should've been blured a bit to allow for more depth
2. More attention could've been given to framing the scene - the front, bottom wheel has been cut.

apart from the two things above, I think this is a great photo and the mono works very well too.
Well done my friend!

this is a beautiful image, with an interesting steam roller subject with people to give scale. the detail and colour are first class as is the composition.

I'm not fond of colour popping (or whatever name you know it by !Smile) but it works fairly well here. I like how the effect is subdued nearest to the driver. I'm thinking you made a selection and reduced the saturation, as opposed to applying a desaturation gradient? I also would agree with others who suggested a blur on the background. Good shot and good processing. Well done.
