Yes,this is another high quality photo. And it makes me wonder how they catch all these eels. I've never seen a puffin, so I don't know.

Sharp as a knife John, lovely image. Only slight niggle is that it is too square, try cropping a bit off the sides.

I agree with Andy, but would just crop from the right to place the puffin on the righthand third intersection to make it more dramatic.
