Lovely detailed shot. Good eye contact. im dont do wildlife stuff but only thing i would say is there is a lack of sense of movement.

Other birds get this too, not sure what they call it but I've seen it on Blue Tits and Nuthatches, shame really because you've captured some great colours on him...
