Tree at Haytor

By RockArea
This valiant little tree sits on its own near the mighty Haytor Rocks. I thought it made a good image with both of them against the skyline.

This was taken on Monday evening at an epz meeting. It was a very bright evening with a very chilly wind and we had a good time and a nice pint in the Rock Inn in nearby Haytor Vale.

Any comments would be much appreciated.

I love the way that cloud is sitting right behind the hill. And I like rocks and I like trees! Perfect shot for me, then! Smile

Lovely isolated area.
The over all view is inviting, and the perspective gives it that extra edge.
