Superb images, really sharp and with good POV. I would agree with you that this is Leucism, where there is partial abscence of pigmentation from parts or potentially all of the body surface, including the eye. I think that as there are white areas on the coat, it makes this Hare Leucistic rather than having Haemochromia iridium where only the irises of the eyes are affected. I have by coincidence uploaded a Leucistic Blackbird today which has a little more information on the comment field.

Two cracking images of this unusual animal, he's a real beauty and a real rarity too. I saw a leucistic blackbird this afternoon and managed one poor record shot of it with my compact camera
