Glen Etive on the left and Glen Coe to the right, divided by Buachaille Etive Mor.
I've planned a shot from this location for a while now after much study of the OS map, luckily things conspired together on my recent trip there.
Thanks for looking.
Good conditions, well captured. Great when a plan comes together!
beautiful beautiful shot, the light on Stob Dearg is stunning.
I never tire of images from the 'Boochil'.
This is very much as it came out of the camera and for once not really tempted to ponce around with it when processing. The conditions and quality of light were fab this particular morning and I hope this shines through.
Cheers Anthony, I have others with more light coverage over Stob Dearg but I liked the subtlety in this one.
The light shines through and I could sit and gaze at it for ages.
This is aa good as it gets John super clarity and excellent composition

Stood at this very spot last year, but the mist obscured the peaks - this is outstanding John!

Yes Paul, spent sunrise around h-Achlaise then wandered down the road for a while before climbing one of the hills, resisted the temptation of Blackrock though.

Their is a lesson in this image for me, thanks for that.
Superb landscape image.
An excellent example of 'why bother?' Goes to show how wandering just a little from the beaten track and catching the light as it does it's thing can produce something rather unique.
