Keeping the Faith

We went to see Paloma Faith at the Apollo, Manchester, recently. It was nice to see her posting on Facebook, encouraging fans to shoot pictures and send them in. I noticed this at the last minute, so snatched up the Pentax Q with 5-15mm lens. On reflection, with a bit more time to think, I would have taken the Q adapter and the FA series 43mm f/1.9 lens - a "35mm-equivalent" of 236.5mm would have been perfect for some nice close ups. Sue did well with her Olympus XZ-1, which had a bit of pulling power and helped her get closer.

It was a terrific show, and at least I managed a few images that showed a bit of what went on. Here's a selection:

Next time I will be better prepared!
