Today we went to see my Mum in Abergele and we took her to Bodnant Garden, a National trust property a short way north of Llanrwst. There was plenty of colour to be had and the sun shone relentlessly all day. Not the best conditions for flower photography, but there are some things that can be done. This wasn't a purely photographic trip so I had the Pentax MX-1 and Sue had the Olympus XZ-1. These are excellent for close ups especially, but the quality holds very well throughout the range. Things have come a long way since the early days of digital photography!
