Saying Farewell to the Wood Pigeon

Today is a celebration of my Mum's life and in a short while we'll be heading off to her funeral. Mum was always laughing and enjoying life, so today a series of images to show some facets of her joy for life. Even Siri helped out, because when we were disagreeing about whether a garden bird was a wood pigeon or a collared dove, I asked " Hey Siri! Show me a picture of a wood pigeon!" And this is what she would show me, every time, so I guess that officially my mum was a wood pigeon........

RIP Joan , a lovely woman who must have stirred many heart's in her prime, we always enjoyed her company and glad she went peacefully at the end of a full life and with a family she loved and who loved her in return. Neil ,Joan and Charlotte.
